Yikes. So this issue goes back to version 4. It has been fixed in version 5.

Please ensure you have followed instructions in Read Me file. I think you may need to uncheck "Double-click a window's title bar to minimize" in System Preferences > Dock.

Let me know if that does not fix issue.

I know we resolved this via email. Adding my reply here in case someone else has same issue

To get to WindowMIzer preferences, collapse a window, then with that window active, use shortcut: command+comma

With version 5.0.1 and higher, you should be able to disable just the "Quit Application" shortcut to prevent WindowMIzer from intercepting command+Q. I know I fixed Messages.app, but I wasn't able to download Free Chat or What's App from the app store. When I clicked install button, it does nothing.

Did version 5.0.1 fix Free Chat as well?

I'll have to install and test those 2 apps. If I can add a tweak that allows WindowMizer to work those apps, I will certainly do so. As you may be aware Adobe windows are somewhat unique in that they can be "framed" or not framed, and tabs or no tabs, etc... I am not familiar with Premier and After ...
