How do I get a refund? Does not work. No support.

Title says it all. have asked for help via email and the forum with no response.
Forum Issue = WindowMizer keeps asking for System Preferences
If I can't get the tool to run want my payment back.

Mick, the exact same thing happens to my Mac laptop. I saw the response post on your other thread. If you decide to try what is suggested, will you post your results? Thanks!

The System Preference / Accessibility issue is a known problem. The solution is discussed here:
