High Sierra Close windows with cmd-W bug

After I upgraded to High Sierra, closing windows in any app did not work with command-W. When I quit WindowMizer the shortcut worked like it was supposed to.
Going through the WindowMizer prefs I noticed that in the Global Shortcuts prefs that the Window > Close Window was set to ⌘W. When I deleted this Finder and Application windows closed normally.
I guess there was a conflict between the Systems ⌘W and WindowMizer ⌘W which only showed up in High Sierra.
