Keyboard shortcut

I just downloaded WindowMizer and am using OS 10.11.6 (El Capitan). I use "Command-W" to close windows and now that doesn't work. Am I missing something?

I will have to look into the issue. There is a shortcut in WindowMizer preferences for "Window > Close Window". This should be set to command+W, and there is also a setting on the Advanced preference panel for "Allow preprocessing of universal close window shortcut". You can uncheck that box to see if it fixes the problem, but it really should be enabled.

I'm only running 10.11.5, so I'll upgrade to see if I can replicate the problem.
